Within the religion of the Wixarica (Huichol), the hikuri (in Spanish known as peyote) is one of the most important religious concepts within their beliefs. The hikuri is used by indigenous people as a ritual, for communication between the earthly world and the divine.
Inspired by Huichol designs "Opal" shows us the life and color captured by these artists from the state of Nayarit, in their designs we can see different strokes such as flowers and plants that evoke life in this world.
